Merry Christmas from Matt’s Motivational Monday

Happy MONDAY! TGIM! and MERRY CHRISTMAS! QUOTES OF THE DAY: “The best of all gifts around any Christmas tree: the presence of a happy family all wrapped up in each other.” – Burton Hills “Christmas is a good time to take stock of our blessings.” — Pat Boone “One of the most glorious messes in the world is the mess created in the living room on Christmas day. Don’t clean it up too quickly.” –  Andy Rooney THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The holidays are the best time of year to reach out to our loved ones with greetings and warm wishes. This Christmas season, I’m thinking of you and wishing you a fresh New Year for beautiful dreams and hopeful goals. I am full of peace and gratitude for this past year.  It sure did not go as planned.  But I got to spend more time with my family and find truly special moments with my kids and my wife, the traffic was really light, and I did a whole lot of my Christmas shopping online.  I actually wrote out some goals for 2020 and I just went back and crossed several off the list.  Cool huh?  As a whole, the year 2020 had some great highs, and some low lows.  It has some really cool moments and plenty of failures and not very comfortable moments.  Thanks so much for being part of Matt’s Motivational Monday.  I appreciate you reading this email or blog and spreading the joy.  So feel free to share the good news this Christmas and throughout the year about Jesus and about how the God of the universe loves you and has a plan for your life.  And feel free to tell your friends, family, co-workers about my website, and my email list.  Merry Christmas! Enjoy your time with your friends and family this holiday season (if you are gathering with them)  Dale Carnegie was once quoted as saying “Today is life-the only life you are sure of. Make the most of today.” AFFIRMATIONS OF THE DAY:  1) I allow the joy of this season to fill my heart and propel me into a prosperous new year! 2) When I make Christmas about sharing rather than getting, I always feel better. 3) Today I feel the joy of the season. Today I feel the peace of the season. Today I feel the love of the season. Looking for a gift for Christmas.  Why not support Matt’s Motivational Monday?  Your $1, $3 or $5 gift a month helps cover costs that are part of this special email you get that has the power to change your thoughts or motivate you to change your habits and/or your routine and helps cover the cost my website mattsmotivationalmonday.com  Click here for more information.
