This week things may not go the way you thought or planned and you might get angry, mad, or sad.  In those times take a deep breathe.  Ask for help.  Let it go and go with the flow.  Go for a walk and step it up outside.  Those sad and unplanned moments of your day will pass just like the amazing and joyful ones will.

This week is going to be a great week.  I can not wait to see what happens.

So put your best steps forward and go for it.  Go for the gold!

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Sometimes in life you don’t want to do things but you have to do things anyway.  

For example, sometimes working out is hard.  Do it anyway
Sometimes loving other people is hard.  Do it anyway.
Sometimes working on yourself is hard.  Do it anyway.  
Sometimes being a parent is hard.  Do it the best you can and do it anyway.

Sometimes eating healthy can be a challenge.  Plan your meals.  Follow the plan and do your best.  Do it anyway.  

Sometimes life is not going to work out the way you want it to.  Don’t give up and do it anyway.  Get up the next day and give it your best shot.  Make changes and get help when you need it.  

If at first you don’t succeed.  Try, try, again.  

You have love and light inside of you.  
You are worth it.

150 minutes a week

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Are you getting 150 minutes of exercise a week? Are you part of the 22% percent of Americans who are getting that amount of exercise a week? 

I am an active person and tend to log 150 minutes of exercise a week.  I hope that you can do that to.  In fact this week I challenge you to get in that much exercise this week.

Use these affirmations below to help you get out there and exercise.
