I was thinking again today about some basic things you can do and control in your life.  I am sure there is more to add to this list, but read this article below for some good information on some things you can actually control in your life.

For instance, you can control what you put into your body.  You can control what you eat.  You can control what you spend your money on.  You can control your exercise routine and you can control how much sleep you get. 

These are some basic things you can do to have a good attitude and live a healthy life.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:  Well here we are at another Monday.  This Monday happens to be the first Monday of the month so that is extra cool right?  Happy Monday! TGIM! 

I hope by sending you this it helps a couple of people out there.  I had several people join my 21-day thankfulness challenge and that is awesome.  It is keeping gratitude daily on my mind.  

I have been doing this now for 18 months.  That’s about 78 times that I have written a post every Monday.  Going with what the quote says above I believe in myself, I believe in this blog or email.  I believe you can change your life by changing the way you think.  I believe you can do most anything you put your mind to.  So let’s have a great month.  Let’s refocus and start strong on this Monday.  On this first Monday in July let’s do the basics.  Eat healthy, move your body and drink lots of water.  

If you want to laugh a little as well, I wanted to share a fun little podcast that I have been enjoying that’s a comedy podcast called Don’t make me come back there.  I needed another funny podcast to listen to because Tim Hawkins stopped doing  his after 100 episodes.
