Worry less.


Mood follows action.  In other words even if you do not feel like working out or getting in your steps today – once you do you will feel better.  You might not feel like it but you probably cannot out think yourself into feeling good.  But if you do an action and just go out and go for a walk you will probably feel better!!

Sometimes you don’t feel like working out, running, walking or whatever it is you do to get your steps and exercise in.  Do it anyway.  Your mind and body will thank you for it later.
